About the area
This holiday accommodation is on the beautiful Costa Blanca which has 320 days a
year guaranteed sunshine. Ciudad Quesada, near Rojales is a bustling town
with a lively centre and is situated only 8 km from Torrevieja which is a
relaxed, residential, friendly market and fishing resort unspoilt by the
Benidorm type high-rise hotels and generally missed by the package tour
operators. Each Friday there is a large open air travelling market where
all types of goods can be bought at reasonable prices.
Nearby are the beautiful beaches of Guardamar, La Mata, La Marina and Cabo
Roig. If your interest is golf there is a championship course on Ciudad Quesada. There
are other fine courses at Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villa Martin and Algorfa.
Should you wish to drive further afield there is the famous course of La
Manga, south towards Cartagena.
About the Bungalow
The bungalow is situated in a quiet street but near shops, bars and
restaurants. Just a five minute walk away is the Quesada Country Club´ where you can spend the day by the pool, have a drink and eat lunch. There
is a limited bus service which runs down the street which will take you to
down town Quesada or Rojales.
The accommodation, which sleeps 4 consists of a lounge, with TV, video and DVD.
Separate kitchen/dining area which is fully equipped with electric oven,
gas hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with fully fitted wardrobes. A utility room off the bedroom houses the washing machine. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity unit and shaver point. A hairdryer is provided.
Outside is a small garden with a full sun awning, table and chairs. You can park your car on the drive if you wish.
The second bedroom is on the first floor which has two single beds, wardrobes and storage facilities. The bathroom has a walk in shower and washbasin. There is a safe for your valuables fitted in the wall. From this bedroom you can walk out onto a sun terrace which has excellent views of the mountains, salt lakes and countryside.
Bed linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels. Children are welcome and also house trained pets.
The property is available for long lets ( 6 months maximum )at special reduced rates.
